IT is not clear to me that, whether a JMFC is empowered to issue search warrant u/s 97 of Cr.P.C. IN CONNECTION with the pending D.V. CASE?

SDO (Civil) has power to trace and pick victim under section 97 Cr. P.C. but in a recent citation, Apex Court has ruled that Court of CJM cannot become spectator and can entertain this provision.
