Domestic voilence

Hello All,

Present i'm facing domestic voilence case and 498A , i got a stay order in domestic voilence only 4 weeks, is it possible to extend my Stay order another 4 weeks or more,

yes if court grants you , but in exceptional circumstances

Where did you get the stay order? The trial court is not authorised to pass the stay. If it is the high court then you could extend the stay if the original case is pending for disposal.
