i have to file a case against my husband under domestic violence act, is there any prescribed form application to give to magistrate to file an application. in need urgently please reply as soon as possible. Regards.

You can contact your local Area Women & Child Welfare Department / Asst Director /They will assist you and furnish all the Forms and guide you legally / there will be a protection officer-personally meet the said officer she/he will guide you till you file a case in the Court / or / in the alternatively you can contact your local Area advocate./ or /you can approach the Legal Services Authority/District Judge as Chairman at District Head Quarters - there will be panel of Advocates to help you.

You need to file under Section 12 and can get interim orders also. So better to contact contact a local Advocate.
