Domicile certificate

Dear Sir,
How to cancle domicile certificate of maharastra state and it is possible to make new domicile certificate of gujarat state.
i was born in gujarat state and was in gujarat from 1989 to 1999.
and i was in mumbai from 2000 to 2011.
currently i am in gujarat.

if you are born in gujrat you wont need a domicile certifcate . however please reconfirm from local lawyer
