Domicile certificate

My minor daughter is born in Dubai. She has an Indian Passport since birth, also Aadhar Card and PAN Card. Tehsildar office is asking for Nationality Certificate, is it correct? How do I get Nationality certificate? Pl guide me on amtanna@gmail.com.

All these documents are sufficient to prove nationality of your daughter. Consullt a local lawyer for further proceeding, if the tehsildar is unsatisfied.

Indian passport is enough proof of being Indian. If Tehsildar does not agree meet / complain to Deputy Commissioner / higher authorities.

your daughter has all documents proving she is indian national namely her passport , aadhar card etc

What is the purpose that you approached the Tahsildar and what was the reason he demanded the Nationality certificate, did he mention that which authority would issue a nationality certificate which will suffice his requirement?

Thank you all for the useful guidance. I will approach the Tehsildar Office on TUE with so much support. I hope he does not take it too personally and harass me more. It's not difficult to guess what would solve his problem.
