Now that I have formally appointed myself as the advocate for my case as PIP (USR NO 17884) wp 21313 of 2013 filed by me in Jul 2013 and pending with 4 Judges changed in last 7 months without hearing once after two weeks time to the GP Home was given by Judge No 2 on 8 Aug 2013..pl give your expert comments on my query (I have paid rs 5 as court fee and Rs 50 as the Hafta to the advocates association):
a)As per numerous judgements available in the net an Indian is the domicile of the country called India.There is nothing as such Domicile of AP or Delhi or WB but the word domicile here is loosely used..denoting laid down terms and conditions to be considered eligible for certain concessions for the people of that state...Is there any contradictory view here?
b) If not which I think the case..for more than two lacs members in this site..may I now ask :
i) What are the conditions that to be satisfied for an ESM (Ex-Service Man belonging to Army, Navy & Air Force)to avail CAP (Children of Armed forces Personnel)quota for admission to Medical against his/her children entrance Tests conducted). I am interested only for the states of AP,Karnataka,WB,MP & Gujarat.
ii) Can "not considered Domicile as you have not commissioned into the service by declaring your permanent add in any place in that state" could be one of them.
(Writ Appeal No 951 & 952 of AP hIGH cOURT of 2006 is available in the net).
In the past you have blamed for posing imaginary cases. Now its my turn..I have posted a live one where I am the advocate with regn No 9999 as PIP..and I need your expertise..be my expert.

Where Eagles dare..domicile of a state? is this not metaphor? But it is taking high court of AP more than 8 months to even take up my case..AAP must come to power..
