Can you advise me on cyber crime cell. How does Investigation process as No. of cheating cases have been registered.

You need to make a conventional complaint and it is for the officials to deal with it through the cyber crime cell if circumstances warranted.

Yes , make a regular complaint with all details and lodge it with Police or cyber cell.
