I am shocked to find how you even before finalisation of divorce pettion parted with the custody of your child. From your query it never looks like that you were not in a position to maintain your child. Now you have no option but to contest the case and to fight for the custody of the child, of course, if you want the child back.

Even though parents are alive, the children are forced to live as single parent child or parent less child .It is horrible and also cruelty towards children.
