me and my friend riding to home in my bike. suddenly he says me to stop the bike at the street and he goes back by walk above 100 metres and knock one person with knife and he come and says me to start bike suddenly , i didnt know he knock one person with knife because it was night time 11.30 . when i drop him at home then only i see his shirt was blood. i asked him what u do . he says no problem u go to home . then next day morning police came to my home and arrest me and him and remand me in 307 ipc. there is any problem to me . i didnt no any case in police station.please answer me sir there is any problem to me . now i am in conditional bail.

Prima-facie. A man is known by the company he keeps.
Who will believe that you did not willingly and knowingly provided him the facility for crime.
Why anyone at all shall believe that while your friend came back you did not notice blood stain on his clothes.
You are abettor.
In case there are eye witnesses to the crime then the Police has no need/justification to make you approver.
SO hire an advocate

IO may not agree with Mr Venu.
Mere fact that he is hiding vital information does not make the query a story.
The querist is either ignorant of the reality or making foll of the experts.
He has been seen carrying the criminal to and from the scene of crime. He hs been identified and located by police. He has been arrested. He is on bail. He knows what sections are being applied on him.
