Nri came India last year and married with Indian girl. He spent one month with her and after that go to australia next 15 days was also good after that his mother,sisters and he also started fight with her lots of issues raised demanded 50000 dollars by their one sister who is living in australia with him she is no Permanent over there his one sister living in india and do a govt job demanded daimond bangles. now Nri said neither he will call the girl over their nor come in india. he is a citizen over there. he said according to him australian govt will accept divorce between girl and that Nri but marriage is registered according to hindu marriage act. kindly suggest what should be possible

when dowry demand is there why case is not registered u/s 498a.
whether this law is meant only to be misused against innocent persons.

If FIR was not lodged, private complaint can be fled before trial magistrate.
