wife police me h and husband student h and wife 4 mobth se dowry case ki dhmki de kar alag rah rhi h apne affair ke chaker me lekin koi proof nhi deti .plz mujhe kya karna chahiye

Query is not clear,if any FIR lodged by the wife then husband can file a petition for Anticipatory Bail in District Judges Court or High Court.

You issue her notice that she threatens to file false dowry case etc.

Jab koi proof nahin toh police wali ki maar to sehni hi padegi. Is liye pahle proof paida karo phir police me report likhao, nahin to police wali apni baat manwane ke liye or apne gunah chhipane ke liye to tumhen blackmail karti hi rahegi.
