Immediately file complaint in the Police station which is within jurisdiction of Masjid.
Case from your home would not stand.
It is still not too late.
Try to make Medical Certificate for manhandling.

Your questions are attempted as per best of ability :-
1. There is difference of Jurisdiction of the incident & my residence.
Ans : The criminal action will only lie in the area police station of the incident
2. As far as I know Masjid was not having any right of admission.
Ans : The access to religious shrines can only be denied to persons of other faith. You have not stated your reliegion. If you are Muslim the access could not have been denied particularly at the time of namaz. The persons there could have at the most ask you courteously if you are Muslim. Generally you cannot expect a non-Muslim to be in a mosque at the time of namaz and also participating.
3. What remedy is possible in such case.
Ans : I believe your religious sentiments have been hurt. Your fundamental right to religion has been hurt. Civil and criminal liability is there for the management.
4. The incident took place 5 days back.
Ans : Neither civil nor criminal liability has extinguished.
5. My intention would be that no other person should be Humiliated in a manner in which I was.
Ans : A noble intention. Your intention is apparently in terms with the constitution.
If it was a case of some Hindu shrine and victim being dalit the untouchability act would also have attracted. I doubt whether this can apply in this case. Other experts can elaborate.

well advised by sudhir kumar .
i would rather advise you to forget it as a bad experience . the incident did not happen in your home town .
you were on visit to some other town wherein the incident of manhandling happened .
you will have to go to said town again for lodging complaint . make numerous visits to police station .
the cops are reluctant to lodge FIR . you may have to commplain to higher authorites to lodge complaint .
forgive and forget .

I agree with the views of Mr. Sethi.
But, i find that you mentioning: In midway of my Namaaz, one person approached me and started questioning & objecting
THE WAY I WAS OFFERING NAMAAZ."
How far that statement true?
Is there any difference in the way that you offered namaaz?
Is it some where related to the shia / sunni way of offering namaaz?
One would like to know. Though I would not be offering any other view than that has been given by Mr. Sethi.

am also agree with experts.,
same time i feel some thing., why they slapped you., what you did?
cos with in my knowledge a true islamian wont go for fight with one another who came for namaz., even you are a guest to that masjid.. while being so why they should beat you?
just be frank.. are you genuine?

I can just regret.
It appears that NAMAJ you offered there was not matching to masjid.
In India there are shiyas ,then are sunnis and even among sunnis there are Singhelavi
and Barelvis and all have different mode of exercise rituals while offering prayers.
This might be the main cause of misbehave, though legally they could only request you to leave the place and not to man handled you using force and assault.
As the incident has taken place for away from your place and FIR if any can be reported there only and 5 days delay has certainly made it a weaker case as it was possible to report the incidence arriving your place by registered post to any police officer of the state.
Besides you shall feel embarrassed more than now in prosecuting them hence better forget it and move on.

You lodge Police Complaint, as Religious Places is not for beating the devotee.
YOUR ACTION WILL AT LEAST TEACH THEM LESSION, SO THEY WILL NOT MISBEHAVE;
IF IN DIFF WAY, THEY WERE FREE TO GUIDE YOU THE CORRECT MANNER.
SO TEACH THEM THE MANNER.
THEY WERE IN GOD' S HOUSE, WHY BEHAVE LIKE DEVILS??
