Dear sir
I have filed eviction petition against tenant for shop which i required for starting business of trading of pvc pipes in dev nagar,karol bagh
presently i am unemployed and dependant on my elder brother
earlier i was indulge in the manufacturing
of pvc pipes which i was doing from my premises at mundka,but due to heavy losses i shut the unit.
Tenant in his leave to defend mentioned that i have a commercial/industrial premises of 800sq mtr approx. bearing no f-878 mundka,delhi
It is the same premises from where i was doing the manufacturing of pvc pipes
will it have any adverse effect on my case.

are you still in possession of mundka premises . ? if you have alternative premises then your suit for eviction on account of your bonafide need falls flat

If possible, show that the mundaka premises are already rented out to someone else from a date prior to the tenant raising this plea.
