SIR
WHAT ARE THE OPTIONS AVAILABLE IF RENT AGREEMENT IS IN THE NAME OF YOUR FATHER AND HE WISHES THE SON TO BE THE PROP.(WHO IS ALREADY A PARTNER AS WELL AS COMPETENT PERSON ) BUT THE
OWNER OF THE PREMISES IS NOT READY TO ALTER THE RENT AGREEMENT.

If the owner not ready to change the rent agreement, you can't do it forcibly, by the way you can make a sub tenancy agreement with your son.

Let the agreement be in the name of father and business in the name of son.

You can change it at the time of renewal.
