Due process has to be in IA cases
1) If an Arbitrator does not carryout functions as provided in law in a
nonpartisan manner what are the safeguards provided for relief.
2) If there is any adverse inference or averment against Arbitrator himself through proceedings (i.e. Arbitrator is shown in a bad light) what recourse is available of further proceedings
3) Whether a plaintiff is empowered to get the opposite party (respondent) to confirm or deny a particular fact or list of facts as the case may be by invoking appendix c form 10 or 11 in CPC

Apply to the high court for removal of the arbitrator.
