Duties of rajaswa nirikshak kanoongo regarding succession entries in bhulekhs in uttar pradesh

what is adesh पक-11 as regarding entries of succession made by rajaswa nirikshaks in th khataunis of ZA lands. Is it any section of any Act or a niyam of any niyamawali made by state government or what it exactly is, where can i find it.

THX EXPERTS .... I contacted locally and get the point that Land Revenue Act 1901 of Uttar Pradesh section 33A imposes duties on rajaswa nirikshaks regarding succession entries in khataunis. According to UP Land Revenue Rules the same is to be done by the help of a standard form called पक-11 and the executive order made by rajaswa nirikshak under these rules is called adesh पक-11क.

This was not so Mr T. Kalaiselvam it was originally a querry but later as I came to know the answer on contacting a local advocate I felt it my duty to share.
