DV, 498a & crt

My Wife Had filed case in family court for restitution of congugal rights in family court & Maintenance in family court.
now today she had again filed case for DV act 2005 & 498a is pending for trial.
now i wanted to know whether these case can run because in both she is asking for compensation
can u let me know more on this how should i avoid DV & let the case be continue in Family court

one more thing i would like to add that in DV she had put my mother & sister in law name also, so my mother & sister in law wanted to go outside india for vacation for 2 months as my brother is out of india. wat is the procedure so that she can go out of India. Plz advise

now my wife family members are calling me up & assulting on telephone that they will threating me & my family members for their life. i had put NC in Police station 2.5 years back & again they have started this threating. can i put NC again in Police staion & Put case again their famliy members in Court.
Under which section can i put case?
if i can put case against them, will this case affect my 498a, DV & crt case? in what way. or this case again them will not be positive for their case as she had mentioned in her application for mental harraement & attact from my side.? plz Help & give me the path against their harresment.

Your quarry has very well been resolved earlier. Your mother and sister shall be named out of DV case on their moving an application in this behalf and maintenance shall be entitled to be granted to your wife from only one court though orders shall be separately passed means she can get from one court for a particular period.
