Sir/Madam In my Dv case lower court has ordered without considering my source of income 7000 /pm and 5 lakhs (to be paid within 3 months i.e by 28.02.2018) as compensation for my wife. I have filed appeal but not yet received stay order. In this appeal case I my self managing the case with the help of my frnd(who worked in lawyer off as typist).
Now they filed recovery pet u/s 20(6) of DV act and 125(3) CRPC which I got summons to appear on 12.11.2018.
Pl guide me should I get anticipated bail since I'm afraiding of arrest u/s 125(3) crpc

I lost everything i.e my promotion, money, respect, family, my twin daughters, but I never think abt suicide and I never lost my confidence. One fine day I will win my case and take back my daughters. Pl help me giving suggestions regarding my DV case

we can try to suggest wholesome solutions only if all the facts are disclosed concisely in a single posting. Fragmented information in multiple postings confuse the issues. Moreover, pursuing counter cases is not all a proper defense or remedy if you are really innocent.
