Hi experts

I would like to know what if Under DV act 10,000 Rs PM maintenece order passed by magistrate to wife, can she further claim maintainece under sec 125

your wife can file claim under 125 Cr PC but the court will consider maintenance awarded under DV act before passing any orders .

All different option to ask maintenance are available to wife, Husband must bring to notice the next court the earlier Order, so that it van be adjusted, considering previous orders of DV, 125, sec 24 pending litigation, sec 18 hma etc.,
