Dv act - cross exam

(Querist) 10 November 2014 This query is : Resolved
Hi Experts, My Dv act is in cross-exam stage.Since my wife is delaying the withdrawal of case, i have to proceed the case with minimum damage. Shall i cross exam the IO (protection officer) before my wife cross-exam? I want to file witness summon (311) to my in-laws and cross-exam them, Shall i do in this stage? When i gave crpc 91 petition for her employer notice, Judge said file this on my evidence stage.
is this right stage (cross-exam) to file witness summon?

you must have engaged a local lawyer . you should cross examine your wife regarding allegations made in complaint . if necessary then only summon your in laws .
