Dv act - submitting an electronic evidence

I have a video recording related to the case. I want to submit it as part of evidence, however the court asked to follow the supreme court guidelines for submitting the video recording.
What is the procedure to submit that recording ? Please help

The provisions of section 65B of IE Act would explain the procedure to be followed, your lawyer will be having an answer for this.

it has to be proved that video has not been tampered. According to the directions from supreme courtm a certificate has to be obtained to prove the video has no been tampered.
Who is the authorized organization who can give this certificate ?
