My wife left me after 1.8 months of marriage. no child.
She has submitted in court in DV case,
bank statements (10 times) of which she used to transfer money to my account, half of her salary some time more, towards contribution for living expenses of our marital home. now claiming it back, saying that I have never returned to her. how can I justify that it was only for contribution of living expense. these amount we used for purchases like gold ( which is with her & electronic items.
I have huge burden of paying House EMI's (under construction) & marriage loan & rent also. if any citation it will help me
Please advice.

in your reply you should mention it was her contribution towards meeting household expenses . as both were working she used to contribute part of her salary towards running house . further mention that your salary was used for paying EMi of housing loan , rentals etc .
wife cannot claim the money she spent willingly as her contribution for running the house

Consult a local lawyer and defend the DV case by your wife against you.

Wife has made application for warrent in DV case for recovery of balance payment 18k. I paid up to 10k, before 2,months back.in my reply I stated above fact and willing to pay all dues in reasonable time. Court given next date to hearing / order.
What's I have to do now.
