Sir,
I filed DV case against my husband and in-laws. Court directed social welfare officer to enquire both of ur and submit the doucment to court. I attended that investigation but the repondents are not at all coming since 1 month. They asked for 1 week time and send a fax to the social welfare officer. But it is nearly 1 month but they did not come. SInce it is pending officer unable to send the investigation report to court. In the mean time, my husband had filed for restituion of conjugal rights. It says it need to appear in the highcourt in Apr. How can avoid attending the hearing on Apr and how to pull respondents to answer my DV case?

If the husband doe snot appear the court may pass order ex parte. If you do not want to attend in Chennai court, you can apply for its transfer in your home town.

you should not avoid attending. It is your duty to inform the court that you left due to Domestic Violence.
If you want case to be transferred in other state then you have to move Supreme court.

Attend the court or represent through your lawyer stating you have left due to domestic violence.
Meanwhile if you want to transfer the case to your hometown, move to High court if situated in same state or Supreme Court if situated in other state.
