Sir,
Whether digital printout of e-document from intranet like leave balance,leave not sanctioned application,PF advance/withdrawal sanctioned,Nomination Filed for PF, Annual PF accumulation, attendance, APAR, Salary pay slip, Bank balance etc is valid at legal court at the time of evidence without the following
1. Header- Company/dept. Name, 2. Digital signature, 3.Water mark of the company emblem, 4. Quotation at bottom as ‘ This is a computer generated statement and does not require a signature’.
PIO under RTI Act 2005 denied to provide the digital printout document / record copy from intranet since these are paperless system document.
Example : Digital printout copy without company Header-Footer of PF loan amount sanctioned. Is it valid document for evidence at legal court.

Any document provided under RTI to be authenticated. Once authenticated it serves as an evidence. But what is your problem? As an employee?

CPIO has denied to provide Digital printout
of PF sanctioned copy,APAR etc to produce at Court of Law. PIO replied these are access through INTRANET and edocuments are paperless.
