sir i have filled my ITR for A.Y. 2012-13
on 15-06-2012 but after 11 monthe my reurn
has not been proceesed
i have made a lot of E MAILS ,written communication, on telephonic talk
but no response from yhein end
pl,tell me the way what should i do for processing of my ITR and issue my refund

Historically, going by anyone's past experience, should think that, the "11 monthe" spoken of is anyway too short to be seriously complained against.
Be that as it should, one can instantly think of and suggest an approach to,- but with no hand-on experience,as to what extent he could help and expedite- the Revenue's in-house authority designated as its "Ombudsman".

Sorry, with limited knowledge of and exposure to tax law one is not aware of / remember to have ever read any such specific provision in law! It might truly help the querist to enlighten him precisely.
With the same breath, may add: For knowing exactly, and be focused on, what has been actually and factually happening in the tax regime /administration,in recent times, it should be of great help if the recently reported Del. HC order* in a PIL is gone through, carefully. The HC has in fact dealt with and explained inter alia also the implications of the related provisions of the law of concern to taxpayers awaiting settlement of refund claims.
