This query is : Resolved
sir,
this is regard to the pathetic state of earning capacity of a junior lawyer who practises mainly in subordinate courts. senior lawyers exploit their junior to do their maximum work for some paltry remuneration and in some cases, even without any remuneration. this system cannot be changed as it is age old custom.
here, my question is, is there any part time/online legal job which junior lawyer can accept so that he will get some additional remuneration , apart from the paltry remuneration which his senior offers ?
is there any particular web sites which such junior lawyers can browse for ?
what actually is "legal process outsourcing" (LPO) ? which web sites offers LPO ?
Please provide all web sites which provide any online income for a lawyer .
thanking you all in advance ....

You have clubbed many issues in one query which otherwise do not require much expertise to reply as it relates to common sense. Online legal advice is sought by many institutions, which can be provide by such junior lawyer adding to his income. Procurement of work is must.

Do not say Senior Lawyers are exploiting the Juniors.Working under Senior Lawyers are not mainly for earning but for Learning. You could even say it is a period of Gurukul. It is up to the Talent of Junior whether they are going to learn in short or long term .Any time they can quit the seniors when they feel.

one has to search online work if any for earning.
A new Lawyer is never forced by any senior to work with him, it is new entrant who want to learn. This is mutual give and take system.

1. Working with the Senior is not an employment. It is part of the learning process & is not mandatory at all,
2. You can leave your senior & start practicing yourself, if you can,
3. If you can not, then learn how to do that from your senior without paying him anything,
4. It is commonly told that a lawyer starves during his 1st 7 years, eats during his next 7 years & feeds others for the rest of his life.

a very good advise by learned Adv. Mr. Ganguly. As rightly told, it is not exploitation, it is in fact an apprentice, sharpen your knife and enter the battle field at aright time, until then learn the techniques of legal wars.
