My brother has secured 87.6% marks in his diploma course in computer science and engineering from a reputed college and he was pursuing for btech course following which he had to sit in government exam for his allotment in the reputed colleges in India
That he got merit rank of 550 and branch rank of 55 which was quiet enough for him.to get admission in his desired college and accordingly he went for counselling and got admission in the desired college which is aicte approved and autonomous college
Now in the mean time he had applied for education loan from state bank of india online and got approval regarding the same and was directed to submit the required documents in the nearest branch for approval following which he went with his required documents in the nearest branch but know the officers are not attending my brother avoiding him and are for sure finding reasons to deny the loan when it is for sure he is eligible
Sir what can be done regarding same what is the speedy redressal and how to get matter resolved because it is regarding life and career of my brother

Approval in principal on the basis of online application does not confirm sanction and disbursal of loan till all required documents / formalities are complete.
You have not mentioned:
What was the amount of loan?
Whether the officer has asked him to provide documents and he was unable to comply?
It is possibility, the over burdened officer may have not attended him professionally, he can see the Branch Manager of the Branch if the officer is avoiding intentionally.

However, also agree with the expert Sudhir Kumar ji, can approach another Bank for loan.
Some customers are of the view that the formalities in State Bank are more, but the internal procedure has to be observed by them.

The loan officer may have default in case of Education Loan on back of his mind.
Loan application describes everything to be submitted by borrower.
Meet the BM of SBI or try with other bank.
