I had took a education loan in 2005 for my B.Tech course but after completing my course i was not getting job.
1. Course Period : 2005-2009
2. Loan Amount : Rs.2,50,000/-
3. Account status : NPA
Now I am not able to pay the installments regularly because i am getting salary is Rs.13,000/-, to survive my family & i was staying in outside of my home state it was nothing.
i shall continue my loan installment from July, 2015 after getting promotion. Please guide me legally what i shall do. bank officer is always calling me & threatening me over phone (send notice). please give the proper solution.

ask for rescheduling of your loan with loawer installments for the present

You should start depositing 2-3 thousands in the loan account immediately and write the Bank for rescheduling of the installments.
