Electric issue - industrial - 3 phase - 35 kw

We are running galvanising plant from last five years. We are having electric power connection of 35 KW from 11 KV supply. The distributor changed the existing meter along with CT. Earlier the CT was of 200/5 and now they change it to 100/5. and hence the Multiple factor is also changed in billing from 0.5 to 1 without any justification.

You can ask the Electrical Board concerned about the difference in the supply of CT through RTI. After receipt of the reply take further action.

You can submit an application to the electricity department with your grievances and seek its intervention and also solution for the problems you face
