Eligibility for upsc and other government jobs

Sir/mam ,i was trialed under sec.379 of I.P.C.before the court and later on the case was compounded in the intrest of justice.so respected sir/mam am i eligible to get into civil services or any government jobs.

Not able to agree without facts.

You are not acquitted on merit (atleast appearing from given facts) you eligibility may be risky depending upon the interpretation of the deptt (nit UPSC) wherein you are to be appointed.
