Employee employer agreement

RESPECTED EXPERTS,
As a director of pvt ltd co we need to fire 2 of our employees.
At the time of joining we have provided a simple offer letter on letter head of co.

Is there any legal consequences in dis?
We need a sample agreement between employee and co where the terms/conditions of employment like salary increment, incentives, bonus, cessation, resignation, notice period, non disclosure policy etc are mentioned.

We also need a sample agreement of non disclosure of info to others and use for personal purpose after discontinuation of job.

We need it in urgent basis.
It is my humble request to all experts to pls help me in dis matter.
