Employee is not being paid their dues

(Querist) 15 August 2014 This query is : Resolved 
Dear Sir,

I was removed from the job after 22 years of service , I was working as a Helper in a factory at Rs. 5850/Month however my Settlement of gratuity,bonus etc is not being paid and i am being unnecessary harassed since last 6 months

Kindly advise if which court should I approach for recovery of our dues

Bonus; Payment of Bonus Act 1965; The employer can be penalized if bonus is not paid by 30th Nov.
Is there any dispute raised by employer e.g. loss caused by you?



Gratuity: The employer has to supply the notice of determination of Gratuity and payment of Gratuity within 30 days even if no application by employee is made.

You shall be eligible for payment of interest for the delayed period @10% p.a.

Is there any dispute raised by employer e.g. loss caused by you and has it passed any speaking order on forfeiture?
