Manoj for the time being u simply serve them with a legal notice cum demand notice...better consult some local lawyer so that he can prepare proper legal notice with all the facts properly mentioned in it.

I agree with Kiran Kumar. The documents in your possession are sufficient to establish your service with the company and if even after your legal notice, no payment is released, you would have no other option but to file a civil suit for declaration before competent local civil court as you were working on a manegerial post.riven

First write an personal request application to the concern Principal/Registrar for your outstanding dues (i.e. full and final amount)despite your e-mail, then go ahead legally.riven
