Employer refuses to submit pf withdrawal form in pf office

If employer is not cooperating. You can submit it forwarding through bank manger of nationalized bank or post master of post office or gazetted officer.

You have every legal right to get your hard earned money back within time and if your previous employer is retaining your money with it or is not cooperating its withdrawal then it is liable to be punished under section 406/409 IPC.

You should immediately write a letter in this regard to the concerned assistant Provident fund commissioner of your area. Organisation shall file FIR against the employer.
