PLEASE MEMBER KINLDY SUGGEST ME,
AN EMPLOYEE HAS SIGNED EMPLOYMENT BOND (THE SAID BOND IS NOT ONE SIDED BOND)IF COMMITS ANY MISCONDUCT DURING CONTRACTUAL PERIOD, TERMINATED FROM THE SERVICE.SO IN THAT EVENT THE COMPANY CAN DEMAND BOND AMOUNT FROM ITS EMPLOYEE. THERE IS NO SUCH AVERMENT MADE IN THE SAID BOND. STILL COMPANY DEMAND THE BOND AMOUNT OR CAN THE DEMAND ONLY TOTAL AMOUNT INCURRED BY THE COMPANY ON ITS EMPLOYEE.

Dear, if the employment bond does not specifically mention any bond amount, you are not bound to pay any amount.

If they have mentioned the amount, their claim is limited to that extent only. Or if they have indicated any sum , (10 months salary or training expenditure like that) any sum their claim is limited to that extent only.

In case, services are terminated on account of misconduct, the employer can not ask for bond amount as it is not breach of contract.
