Pleas advice....

One of My friend is IT Professional, she had joined in One IT Company in Orissa signed an agreement for one year contract in bond paper. Due to Some Health Problems, Family and Personal problems she left the office without informing to concern person after she
had been rendered service for Nine Months.

Now that said Company sent a Notice that stating the demand of Rs. 85000 or Company will move legally.

Please advice me that let her pay 85000 or any other else

if you have any document of medical treatment, than reply with that document for reason of taken leave for certain period, if they deny than face the case.

without seeing the contract, one can not say whether she is bond to make the payment or not.
In any case, one need not worry right now as the obligation to pay, if nay is civil one and it takes years together to enforce the payment which the company is not likely to devote.
