Enforciability of agreement

dear Sir,
We had entered into an agreement with security agency for one year , now before expiry of agreement we terminate the agreement intimating them that we dont require services, now one year has passed , can that agency take any legal action after the expiry of agreement period for any clauses in to the agreement.

already you issued a legal notice by terminating your agreement. if there is no reply notice mean you need not to worry.

Thanks for your reply sir...Sir we intimate them through mail now whn all the dues are clear they are saying we will take legal action for one clause in agreement .. Therefor my query is after lapse of agreement period can they still take legal action ..

cos your act of breach of agreement was while the agreement was existing..
even though if you have a valid reason mean you can defend and succeed..

All the terms of agreement, specifically the provisions of termination need to be referred, if the agreement was terminated as per provisions, nothing to worry.
