Sir I have enrolled as in state bar council, there was a case related to 498A against me and parents hon'ble high court quashed fir against my parents , ( quashing filed only for parents) before I got enrollment there was no case against me wife became hostile witness and case was closed, and there was no any ongoing case, regarding same 1 day before I have sent mail to bci mail id. No reply will this be a problem for me

If you have already submitted the enrollment application form you may wait, if not then apply without suppressing the details of the pending criminal case against you in the application form and wait and watch the response of bar council.
