As per the Advocate Act 1961,

1. Any law graduate is elgible for enrolled as a advocate, the degree issued by a regonised law university is enough for enrollment so if a university as said above issue a degree to OUS degree holder? then how that person not eligible for enrollment?

2. All the law universities are under control of UGC and Barcouncil of India then how they are admitted OUS degree holder?

3. Estoppel is a valid weapon for the affeted persons is it ?

4. If OUS degree is not valid for enrollment then how they are admitted to law degree ?

5. And also they are informed throgh their prospectus i.e. Open uuniversity degree holder are also elgible for admit in law course ?

6. Duties of state bar council and indian bar coucil is supervise and regulate the law universites in india. but they are faild to do. then how the students are responsible for their negligence.riven
