Dear Sir,
I am Manoj, completed 3 years LLB, I HAVE 8 CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS PENDING before JMFC, still not pronounced judgment, some of not charged yet, so my query is to you whether is it disqualification as enroll advocate sec 24A,
or if I conceal this fact what are the consequences I'll face,but I have to enroll it's my dream profession, cheating, forgery charged against me is it comes under meaning moral turpitude
please let me know about this query
