I have completed my Law degree 3 years regular course in 08/2000 with department permission. I m an government officer. May I apply for enrolment as non-practicable advocate, just for seniority purpose?

How you could do a 3 year regular law course while in Govt service?

As long as you are serving as a Govt officer, you can not enroll as an advocate.

Anirudh (Expert) 24 December 2014
To be blunt with you, your three year LL.B. course is a waste if you do not know this basic rule.
