Not eligible.
BGL (bachelor of general laws) is not a recognised course for practising law nor eligible to pursue LLM. Bar council of India has prescribed only LLB/BL for practising law and LLM can be pursued by graduates who have acquired LLB/BL only.
The LLM degree obtained through the BGL degree is itself invalid and hence enrollment itself is not permissible.
Please refer bar council rules.

In fact, the university where the PG degree is earned is recognized by the Bar Council and the candidate qualified all the eligibility norms to gain admissions to the Post Graduate course in Laws. How can it now be held invalid?
