error in shcedule of the property

hi,

There is typo error in shecdule of the poroperty, it is registered in my fathers name and he is passed away what to do..How i need to correct the sale deed.

You need to bring the person who sold the property to your father to make a rectification deed and get it registered.

I do agree with MRS Bharath

The Vedor and Purchser both are required to be presetn - for Registration of Rectification Deed - in palce of your father you can represet -as legla heir

Yes, you can get the vendor/seller to execute a rectification deed in the name of the legal heirs stating in the deed that since your father died, the deed is executed in favour of the legal heirs.Here you have to include all the legal heirs because all the heirs are equally entitled to the property.
