With due respect Makkad ji,today CJM jind granted bail in above section case.Accused counsel argued that this act was non bailable by a notification for 15 years and 15 years time has over and thereafter there is no any new notification thus its a bailable offence,hon'ble court accept his plea and granted bail to the accused,defence counsel also submit bare act of EC Act in which this fact was mentioned.Makkad plz explore the matter as my view was also that it is non bailable offence,thanx
