Estate agent took 25000 Rs and not refunding money

Hi

I had given 25000 Rs to estate agent for transfering home to my mother name. He took 25000 Rs from me and now he is not doing work also and not refunding money also.

Can I file police complaint against him?

yes , you can file F.I.R.
BUT you shuld have recipt of that mony or any written document that prove your mony tranceferred to him givin for which propose thanx !!

You have every right to initiate legal action against him subject to the fact you may prove it through reliable documentary as well as oral evidence.
