respected sir/ madam, we live in U.K and own flat in India. We want to send eviction notice from abroad to the occupants. Is it possible to send it while we are here or we have to travel to India to do so, please advice, Thanking you.

You can send notice of eviction from any part of the world.
However the suit for eviction is to be filed from the court of territorial jurisdiction in India only.
To follow up it properly you may give POA to someone you choose.

Though the notice can be sent even from your present place of residence but it shall be better if you engage any Indian lawyer online and serve the notice through him to avoid any legal issue and for more safer side.
