Eviction and rent recovery preferred by land lord

(Querist) 17 July 2013 This query is : Resolved 
The land lord filed an eviction petition under section 10 of TNBLR Act along with rent recovery under section 11(4). Suddenly there has some developments between the land lord and the tenant. The tenant paid all the rent due and received the advance money vide respective receipts to each other. In this situation, compromise petition has to be filed or memo of withdrawal has to be filed by the land lord. Please advice.

What is the guarantee that the land lord will not invoke order 43 in a later date?
or
Suppose if their counsel gives consent in the open court by an endorsement in their petition will it suffice for ends of justice?
