Make a ground of ' bona fide need;' in the suit for eviction against the tenant. it is a good ground for eviction of tenant.

You have to file eviction petition before Rent Tribunal on the ground of personal bonafide need and default in making payment of rent.

yes. you can file a suit for eviction against your client. you have a valid ground for it..
dont know that where are you from.. if there is any local laws regarding building lease and rent control you have to act upon that act..
so better take advise from your local advocate..

File a Suit for eviction on the ground of reasonable requirement instead of bonafide requirement. The term 'Bonafide requirement' and the term 'Reasonable requirement' carries two different and distinct meaning altogether.
