Eviction suit for default of payment of rent

Can a co - owner of an undivided property file an eviction suit against a tenant on the grounds of default of payment of rent, even if other co-owners do not give consent to the suit against the tenant ? The jurisdiction is West Bengal, India.

Yes. One of the co-owner can file an eviction suit.

As the name suggests he is one of the owners, he has right to issue a an eviction notice followed by an eviction suit for default in monthly rental payment or any other valid reason he may rely upon
