Any person gives any documents i.e email contain typed by self not printout of email to police and claim that he/she has been harassed.in that case police will examined original before taking any action or not. if in the charge sheet shows that evidence are not examined by investigation officer then charge will be framed or discharge. what is the value of these documents or evidence.

police will verify the genuine ness of these emails. if found to be genuine will rely upon the same in support of their case

Police shall entertain the complaint sent via mail but shall record statement in its own way either in handwriting or typing.
